Retail/Residential Planned above retail is coming to Pasadena.
Retail/Residential Planned on Rt. 2 Life above retail is coming to a strip of land along Route 2, in Pasadena.
Rajesh Chopra based in Ellicott City and working with Land Design & Development, submitted a final plan in Anne Arundel to replace a row of aging houses fronting on the highway just south of Route 100 with 15 retail suites and 27 apartments. Chopra’s plan is to develop the residential as two floors of living space above the retail. The layout shows three primary buildings, with the residential designed in a ‘back-to-back’ style above, so that units front both on Route 2 on the one side and on Hammock Lane on the rear.
